Heather Ralston is one of the Carroll County Connectors. She was born and raised in Owings Mills and attended Krieger Schechter Day School. She and her husband and have 2 sons, a daughter, and a crazy dog. They moved from Baltimore County to Westminster in 2020. She became a stay at home parent when my daughter was a year old. Prior to that, she was a preschool teacher at Beth El Early Childhood Programs and at Beth Tfiloh Preschool for many years. She wants her children to have a strong Jewish identity and community to grow up with just as she did. She is excited to connect with and meet many new families in Carroll County.
