Jewish Matryoshka Project invites Russian-Speaking Jewish families to
FAMILY YOGA SUNDAY!

Oregon Ridge Nature Center
13555 Beaver Dam Road, Cockeysville, MD
Iryna Kopiy- Founder of Kids Love Yoga, Certified Kids Yoga Instructor – will guide us through the process of engaging and fun yoga practice for families with kids ages 3-8.
This event will help prepare your body and mind for Yom Kippur. We will get physically stronger after the practice and we will discuss good deeds and plans for a new year.
Cost: $15 per family (one Matryoshka Branded Yoga mat is included, if you think you need more mats for your family – bring another one for your practice).
Limited to 15 families in person.
