In this eight-week series, learn Mariposa’s approach to implementing five key skills that help children reduce stress, increase social-emotional competence, and develop the coping skills they need to be successful including:

Classes will take place Tuesday evenings, January 28 – March 24 (no class March 10) from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Park Heights JCC (5700 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore).
Cost: $54 per person
$65 per couple
