Bring your Shabbat spirit to this festive car parade at the Owings Mills JCC and pick up your free Shabbat Sh’Summer Kits, complete with challah, grape juice, candles and fun summertime goodies to spend a fantastic day at the summer location of your choice. Car decoration and signs are encouraged!
